Edited to Add: We just sold and bought concurrently with Sharon again and it was another huge success! We needed the proceeds from the sale of our home to fund on our new home, and we knew that Sharon could handle this challenge for us. Not many agents know how to successfully execute a concurrent close, but Sharon is an expert and helped us do this quickly and with little stress in a competitive market!
