I was born in Edinburgh Scotland and arrived in the USA after marrying my wonderful American husband Steve. I have lived and worked in various parts of the world including Marin County, San Francisco. London, Edinburgh, UK. and Paris, France.

 I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Stirling and a Masters degree from Edinburgh University. I have worked as a teacher and a consultant in Educational Psychology. I have also taught at the Sorbonne University in Paris and the University of Edinburgh.

 I speak English, French and German and have been involved in buying and selling property for a number of years in Europe. I own property in the UK., and France as well as in California.

 Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I have a wealth of experience and depth of knowledge gained from dealing with people in my previous career sectors, also through dealings in the different real estate markets in Europe.

 My background assures that I am extremely client focused and can identify the needs of clients quickly and effectively, so that I may offer them a personalized, efficient service. In addition, my previous experience and academic training allow me the advantage of knowing how and why certain marketing and negotiating techniques work for people. It also allows me to be able to explain real estate procedures to my clients in a way that is understandable and informative. Understanding the process is very empowering for my clients, they feel involved and informed. This leads to greater client satisfaction.

I am a full-time agent and I have a support staff which includes; a buyer's assistant, a transaction assistant, loan officer, title rep, escrow officer, pool  & spa crew, photographer and staging crew. However, the piont of contact for clients and agents is always me, I'm the one with the knowledge, marketing and negotiation skills required to get my clients the best possible deal for their home.
My listings sell for an average of 98% of the listing price and most recently between 100-105%, selling within the first 7-14 days of listing on average.

I attribute my success to the fact that I set myself high standards. I provide a service that I would like to receive myself and apply my European style to attention, quality and detail in all of my services from listing presentations to open houses in order that my clients are given 100% PLUS service. I am extremely focused and task oriented. I am genuinely interested in people and make genuine efforts to help them and my clients appreciate that. This is what has always motivated me to work to very best of my abilities and assured my success in all of my career choices.
